Mission Statement

The mission of New Testament Baptist Church is to: worship God, to proclaim His Word, to educate God's people and to minister to those inside and outside the local church.

1. Worship of God, Romans 12:1
   We acknowledge God as our creator, who has ultimate value and worth in our personal lives and in the corporate worship of the Church.

2. Biblical Preaching/Teaching, Acts 2:42-43, 2 Timothy 3:15-16
   We are responsible to preach and teach the Word of God with the idea of personal application of its truths and examples, so that the lost will repent and the saved will grow in Him.

3. Discipleship, John 8:31-32
   We believe that disciples are made and not born, and that Jesus has given the Church that responsibility. So we shall endeavor to disciple every member, that we and they may be good examples of what it is like to be a Christian.

4. Creativity, 1 Chronicles 12:32
   We believe that the Church should be both a creative and important force in the community, but must remain doctrinally sound, as we meet the needs of our community/city.
